Security Manager

Lead and train the security team to ensure high standards and readiness
Develop and implement security policies and procedures for all hotel areas
Oversee all aspects of safety, loss prevention, and emergency response
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits
Collaborate with government and local authorities on compliance and crisis management
Be a key part of the pre- opening task force and contribute to a safe and successful launch

Proven experience in hospitality or facility security management. More than 3 years with the same roles is required.

Solid knowledge of local safety laws and regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis response skills
Experience in a pre- opening environment is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Military/police background is an advantage
