NAVER Vietnam Visual Experience (VVE)
The Vietnam Visual Experience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next- generation media and production technology.
We provide cutting- edge media technologies for NAVER’s diverse storytelling products, including CHZZK, Virtual YouTuber, K- POP, and Drama, enabling creators to deliver richer, more immersive visual experiences to users.
With a strong focus on AI- driven real- time rendering, virtual production, and visual computing, the Vietnam Visual Experience Center aims to become a global innovation center- bridging creativity, technology, and storytelling to shape the future of visual content within NAVER’s ecosystem.
As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual Experience team- known as Real- Time Engine Studio- combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next- generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.
We are looking for a Senior 3D Animator- VVE.
Your day- to- day:

Perform motion capture data cleanup, and post- adjustments to ensure realistic and expressive motion.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external production partners to maintain a consistent animation workflow.
Oversee and produce high- quality animations across all content types.
Develop and manage rigging and skinning pipelines for characters and objects.
Create keyframe animations for characters, props, and cameras to enhance storytelling and emotional depth.

Your background:

Experience in motion capture data processing and refinement.
Strong sense of camera direction, posing, and timing for both character and object animation.
Proficiency in animation tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender.
Skilled in Unreal Engine / Unity systems.
5+ years of experience in 3D animation production for real- time or cinematic content.
Solid understanding of 3D content production pipelines and VFX workflows.

It&039;s a big plus if you:

Have experience developing motion capture pipelines.
Have experience in real- time live broadcasting or streaming pipelines using Unreal Engine / Unity.
Have experience creating virtual character- based content (e.g., VTuber, digital human).
Have worked on AR/VR or immersive content production.
