NAVER Vietnam Visual Experience (VVE)
We provide cutting- edge media technologies for NAVER’s diverse storytelling products, including CHZZK, Virtual YouTuber, K- POP, and Drama, enabling creators to deliver richer, more immersive visual experiences to users.
As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual Experience team- known as Real- Time Engine Studio- combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next- generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.
The Vietnam Visual Experience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next- generation media and production technology.
With a strong focus on AI- driven real- time rendering, virtual production, and visual computing, the Vietnam Visual Experience Center aims to become a global innovation center- bridging creativity, technology, and storytelling to shape the future of visual content within NAVER’s ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior 3D Character Artist.
Your day- to- day:

Create 3D characters and small props that align with project concepts and visual direction.
Can involve in designing and producing environment small props and level objects optimized for both live and cinematic use.
Participate in AI- based avatar development, integrating advanced tools for virtual human and facial modeling.
Model and texture VTuber- style characters with strong attention to detail and stylized artistry.

Your background:

Practical experience in real- time virtual content creation (Unreal/Unity- based).
Open- minded attitude toward artistic and technical R&D for new production methods.
5+ years of experience in 3D character production.
Excellent understanding of resource optimization and efficient workflow in 3D production.
Strong skills in character texturing, hand- painting, and look development
Proficiency with Unreal Engine / Unity, Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer.

It&039;s a big plus if you:

Have experience creating VTuber characters or similar virtual avatars.
Have a deep understanding of VTuber / Avatar / Streaming industry trends.
Have experience producing high- quality cinematic movies using Unreal Engine or Unity.
Have strong knowledge of facial rigging and blendshape creation.
Have prior experience in the VFX industry.
