Senior Account Executive (ITP & Creasia)

Key Responsibilities:
• New business development: approach and build new client.
• Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Marketing, Field Operation, Procurement to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from current clients and new clients to ensure service excellence.
• Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Responsible for billing/revenue target.
• Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
Key Requirements:
• Results- oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing agency (BTL/Activation/Event) or marketing of FMCG companies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
