We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in algorithms and data structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing scalable software systems, optimizing complex algorithms, and solving computational challenges in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve existing systems for efficiency and maintainability.
Work closely with the Product team to build high- impact features that satisfy our customers.
Work closely with the SRE team to build, scale, and operate high- performance back- end services, while ensuring security standards are constantly applied.
Analyze and improve existing algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
Conduct performance analysis and fine- tune to ensure optimal efficiency.
Design and write cutting- edge, large- scale microservices to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of BE’s range of services.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including SRE, engineers, and product managers.
Work on complex computational problems related to [e.g., Graph algorithms, distributed systems, etc.].

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in writing good unit tests.
A good communicator, a team player, and independent at the same time.
Familiarity with running large- scale services; understanding of systems internals and networking is a plus.
Strong understanding of system performance and scaling, especially RDBMS.
At least 4+ years of experience coding Backend with various programming languages, and willing to work with Golang.
Good understanding and experience in Data Structure & Algorithms, well- known for applying them to optimize performance and reduce resource spending in high- concurrency services.
Experience in shipping applications to production and CI/CD flow.
