Đồng thời nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích cơ hội đầu tư và phát triển sản phẩm trái phiếu nhằm đóng góp vào hiệu quả kinh doanh.
Trong giai đoạn đầu, tập trung xây dựng nền tảng hoạt động; sau đó chuyển sang đầu tư, quản lý danh mục và phát triển sản phẩm.
Responsible for building and operating the bond business, including processes, systems, investment policies, and risk management frameworks. Conduct market research, investment analysis, and develop bond- related products to support business performance.
Initially focus on building the foundation; later shift to investment, portfolio management, and product development.

Xây dựng & vận hành hoạt động trái phiếu
Phối hợp với Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT
Xây dựng hệ thống vận hành và kiểm soát nội bộ
Thiết lập quy trình đầu tư trái phiếu end- to- end (tìm kiếm, thẩm định, phê duyệt, giao dịch, thanh toán, quản lý danh mục)
Develop end- to- end bond investment processes (sourcing, assessment, approval, trading, settlement, portfolio management)
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT
Build operational systems and internal controls

Monitor bond portfolio performance
Track coupon cash flow, maturities, and valuation
Manage interest rate, liquidity, and credit risks

Develop investment policies and risk frameworks

Evaluate and propose investment opportunities
Phân tích thị trường & tín dụng
Phân tích thị trường trái phiếu, lãi suất, yield curve, credit spread
Thẩm định tổ chức phát hành, phân tích tài chính
Lập báo cáo phục vụ quyết định đầu tư
Analyze bond market, interest rates, yield curve, credit spreads
Conduct issuer credit and financial analysis
Prepare investment reports
Phát triển sản phẩm
Phối hợp triển khai với các bộ phận kinh doanh

Develop bond investment/distribution products
