In Vietnam, Abbott’s Established Pharmaceuticals Division has committed to enhance the care of patients. Our products cover several therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women health, cardiology, primary care, specialty and food supplement. Our key prescription products include Lipanthyl, Klacid, Duphaston, Drosperin and BetaSerc. Our key over- the- counter products are Duphalac, CG210, Estraceptin, Brufen, Fatig, Surbex. We also have the Influvac vaccine.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Conduct stakeholder management well
• Develop strategic approach in implementation for brand strategy
• Show excellent execution of marketing activities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strictly follow up the execution of promotional programs.
• Collect, compile, verify, analyze data on market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to propose market opportunities for product.
• Provide information in forecasting market’s product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis.
• Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information.
• Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products.
• Cooperate with related partners (in- house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to understand customer behaviors, perception, and acceptance.
• Actively assist Marketing team in arranging symposiums, seminars, public education and exhibitions in coordination with field force.
• Collect, compile, verify, analyze data on product performance and customer feedback and make report to relevant managers.
• Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning.
• Build brand plan for assigned products & execute marketing with Marketing Manager effectively & efficiently.
