Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of business cases, including cost- benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and risk assessments
Design and document detailed business processes, workflows, and functional requirements
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather and define business requirements, goals, and objectives
Evaluate and recommend third- party solutions, tools, or technologies when necessary
Create high- level and detailed system models, including user stories, use cases, and business rules
Analyze existing business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Lead the business analysis process for multiple projects, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, well- documented, and prioritized
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all deliverables meet business needs
Collaborate with product managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in leading complex projects and working with cross- functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in working within Agile environments
Advanced proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements documentation
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Expertise in system implementation, change management, and user training
4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics software
Bachelor&039;s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
