Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Perform data analysis to support business decisions
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
Create process models, workflows, and documentation
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT sector
Experience with requirement gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops)
Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI- PBA
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
