Senior Business Development

Delivering presentation of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
Reaching new and existing customers to promote the products and company through market research, making cold calls, and daily presentations to architects, contractors and owners.
Providing updated and adequate project to project sale staff.
Ensuring all Project information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (include internal sources from divisions). Ensuring that all Project information that the executive enter to CRM has been validated and confirmed.
Identifying and establishing contact with new potential customers proactively.
Producing Sale Management report including key below statistics:
+ Develop efficient network within key partner sectors (architecture firms, main contractors)
+ Number of presentations track by project and influencer.
+ Project qualification
+ Opportunity generated as the result of presentation
+ New projects identified (current year, next year)
Proving ability to present AIM Company and products to various stake holders in order to secure various sources of information.

*** Requirements:

Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales
Minimum one- year related experience in construction, interior, hotel or restaurant field open for fresh level with high potential
Self- directed, good problem- solving and team- working
Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
