KOL/KOC Livestream Strategy & Expansion
Build and maintain long- term partnerships with high- performing livestream creators.
Proactively source, evaluate, and onboard potential livestream KOLs/KOCs (focus on makeup & beauty category).
Expand and leverage personal and industry networks within the beauty infl uencer ecosystem.
Develop and execute KOL/KOC livestream collaboration strategy aligned with quarterly sales targets.
Commercial Negotiation & Performance Ownership
Lead negotiation of rates, commission structures, livestream packages, and collaboration terms.
Monitor GMV, conversion rate, and cost effi ciency of each livestream campaign.
Optimize cost per booking to ensure positive ROI and sustainable margin.
Propose incentive schemes to boost livestream sales performance.
Design livestream deal structures, including pricing strategy, commission schemes, voucher mechanics, and bundle offers to maximize conversion while maintaining sustainable ROI.
Livestream Commercial Planning & Platform Coordination
Work closely with the e- commerce team to align livestream pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and inventory readiness before each campaign.
Coordinate with internal teams to handle post- livestream performance review, order surge situations, and operational follow- up to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Develop deal lists for each livestream session, including product pricing, voucher strategy, bundle mechanics, and commission structure to ensure win- win outcomes for both brand and KOL.
Demonstrate strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee livestream operational fl ow, including pre- live preparation, traffi c stimulation, conversion triggers, and promotional mechanics during livestream sessions.
Leverage relationships with e- commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) to explore campaign opportunities, platform support, and potential traffi c amplifi cation.
Campaign & Execution Management
Supervise livestream content direction to ensure brand positioning and product focus are aligned.
Manage contracts, deliverables, scripts alignment, timelines, and budget control.
Handle issue resolution during livestream campaigns and post- campaign evaluation.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Data & Optimization
Identify performance patterns and optimize KOL selection and content direction.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights for management.
Analyze livestream performance metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, traffi c source, retention).
