Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to manage sales and sales strategy for our spices portfolio, expand into new markets, maintain and develop key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial deal through after- sales service.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly to maintain trust.
Generate new sales opportunities and foster long- term relationships.
Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
Develop and maintain strong, trust- based relationships with oversea key accounts.
Fully understand the needs and requirements of key customers and continuously propose solutions to meet customer objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proactive, self- driven, good attitude, hardworking and ability to work well under pressure.
From 3- 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with experience in B2B Food Ingredient Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management is preferred.
Good English communication skills & Excel skills.
Detail- oriented, problem- solving and strong numerical skills for costing/ pricing calculations.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
Willing to work in Dong Nai.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience in project management.
