Senior C&B Executive

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Executive to manage payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and social insurance operations for our Vietnam team. You will ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations while supporting HR initiatives and employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and HRIS records.
Support internal benefit programs and respond to employee C&B inquiries.
Prepare HR and C&B reports for management and authorities.
Manage monthly payroll, PIT declarations/finalizations, and related reporting.
Handle Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) procedures and ensure compliance.

Proficient in MS Office, fluent in Vietnamese & English.
Minimum 3 years of C&B experience in multinational or large local companies.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, and Social Insurance regulations.
