We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer to join our pre- opening HR team. This is your chance to shape a strong C&B foundation and grow with an international hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Social Insurance, PIT, labor contracts, and relevant statutory reports.
Coordinate with Finance and external vendors regarding payroll, benefits, and tax matters.
Support the HR Manager in compensation benchmarking and salary structure analysis.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor regulations.
Maintain HRIS data related to C&B and ensure confidentiality and integrity.
Manage employee benefits programs and propose enhancements to increase retention and satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of solid experience in C&B, preferably in hospitality or international environments.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, PIT, and social insurance.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
