In this role you will:
Review compensation data and provide input to ensure consistency and alignment across Gradion entities where applicable.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Vietnam labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, grading systems, bonus schemes, and incentive programs under guidance from HR leadership.
Support and/or manage daily Compensation & Benefits activities in Vietnam and maybe Singapore, including payroll coordination, salary administration, labor contracts, benefits management, timesheets, and labor reporting.
Prepare regular compensation and payroll reports for management review.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and assist in resolving related matters professionally.
Support C&B- related projects such as job leveling exercises, internal audits, policy updates, reorganizations, or government- mandated changes.
Participate in the rollout, communication, and administration of compensation & benefits programs and policies.
Assist in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies in line with business needs and legal requirements.
Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to support reporting on trends, costs, and budget utilization.
Have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead based on performance.
What you will bring:
Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resources.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Experience working in international or Western business environments is an advantage.
Strategic thinker with a data- driven mindset.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
