NAVER Vietnam Visual Experience (VVE)

As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual Experience team- known as Real- Time Engine Studio- combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next- generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.

We provide cutting- edge media technologies for NAVER’s diverse storytelling products, including CHZZK, Virtual YouTuber, K- POP, and Drama, enabling creators to deliver richer, more immersive visual experiences to users.

The Vietnam Visual Experience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next- generation media and production technology.

With a strong focus on AI- driven real- time rendering, virtual production, and visual computing, the Vietnam Visual Experience Center aims to become a global innovation center- bridging creativity, technology, and storytelling to shape the future of visual content within NAVER’s ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior Compositor/Editor.

Your day- to- day:

Edit and direct video cuts in alignment with the project’s concept and storytelling tone.
Maintain visual consistency by managing the overall tone, color palette, rhythm, and mood of each video.
Composite rendered 3D sources, graphics, and visual elements into final high- quality videos.
Perform post- compositing, color correction, and grading on real- time rendered sources from Unreal / Unity.
Integrate music, subtitles, and motion graphics to produce polished and engaging final results.

Your background:

Excellent color sensibility and a high standard for visual fidelity and detail.
5+ years of experience in video editing, compositing, or post- production for cinematic or real- time content.
Strong understanding of render passes, color management, LUTs, and post- processing workflows.
Keen sense of visual rhythm, pacing, and narrative direction
Proficiency in compositing tools such as Nuke, After Effects and editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

It&039;s a big plus if you:

Have motion- graphics and typography animation skills.
Have worked on cinematic, music video, or commercial post- production projects.
Have experience in color grading and tone direction for high- end visuals.
Possess a strong sense of sound rhythm and sync between visuals and audio.
Have experience in compositing or editing for Virtual Production (VP).
