● Creative Content Production
● Digital Trend Integration
○ Develop concepts and storylines for luxury fashion, couture lifestyle, and cultural experiences.
○ Support coverage of KOL/KOC collaborations, couture showcases, and press activities.
○ Work with Brand Marketing Lead to plan and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
○ Build content plans for collections, store activations, cultural couture tours, and events.
● Luxury Storytelling
○ Generate ideas for cinematic visuals, behind- the- scenes, and lifestyle formats.
○ Create compelling scripts, captions, and narratives for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and PR campaigns.
○ Transform Byfas’s USP (Vietnamese silk, couture, cultural heritage) into viral- worthy stories.
○ Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to bring content ideas into high- quality visuals.
● Content Calendar Management
● Campaign & Event Content
○ Research TikTok & IG trends, creatively adapt them for luxury positioning.
○ Ensure content reflects brand positioning: luxury, heritage, sustainable fashion.
○ Track performance of posts, analyze insights, and propose creative optimizations.

● Strong skills in storytelling, copywriting, and visual content ideation.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
● 2+ years experience in content creation (luxury fashion, lifestyle, travel, or creative agency background preferred).
● Bonus: basic knowledge of video editing, photography, or graphic design.
● Passion for fashion, art, culture, and luxury lifestyle.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
● Familiar with TikTok/IG short- video content, viral trends, and luxury audience engagement.
● Good English communication (to work with international audience/partners).
