WHAT YOU WILL DO
● Stay ahead of content trends, cultural shifts, and digital formats to continuously push creative boundaries.
● Shape and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in every word.
● Partner with Creative Planners and Art Directors to develop strong creative concepts and transform insights into breakthrough storytelling ideas across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
● Mentor junior copywriters, elevate creative quality, and contribute to the agency’s overall creative excellence.
● Write and craft distinctive, emotionally resonant copy that amplifies brand voice and drives engagement across digital touchpoints.
● Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure the copy works seamlessly with visual direction and user experience.
● Lead ideation sessions for Always- on and campaign projects, ensuring every concept aligns with brand purpose and audience mindset.
WHAT YOU NEED
● 3+ years of copywriting experience in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of multi- platform campaigns.
● Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability — you don’t just write, you create ideas.
● Confident in presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale to both internal teams and clients.
● Strong command of English, with the ability to craft tone and style to fit different brands or audiences.
● Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
● Solid understanding of social media behaviors, content formats, and cultural nuances.
● Passionate, proactive, and always curious about what makes audiences connect, feel, and act.
