Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are looking for a Senior Costing Executive to lead product costing and ensure profitability optimization across our product portfolio. This role combines analytical skills with strong manufacturing knowledge to deliver accurate cost sheets and provide insights for strategic decisions.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE IN

Prepare costing reports to support management decisions.
Work with the team to gather all data needed for accurate cost sheets, including material costs, consumption, and labor costs (from IE).
Develop and maintain detailed cost sheets for all styles.
Work cross- functionally with Development, Sourcing, and Production to validate costing assumptions.
Analyze product profitability and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Proven experience in a product costing role in garment/footwear/accessories manufacturing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and labor costing methods (e.g., SMV).
