- Undertake any other duties relevant to CS/report of Lab when deemed as appropriate by Line Supervisor (or higher level)
- Propose and review training needs and implement training as plan of team- Working with lab supervisors for ensuring all job complete ontime to client- Review all test report before sending them to client
- Organize the resource of team to perform daily operation relevant to inquiries, samples receipt/ dispatch, test reports, debt collection, etc.
- Coordinate with Sales to approach clients for generating revenue/ profit- Support line supervisor for handling both internal and external complaints relating CS issues and support to reply to clients on time for complaints relating operation
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good typing and computer skills
- At least 2- 3 year- experience working in CS of laboratory testing field
- University graduation with related background
- English at least level B1 or equivalent
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
