KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Architecture & Integration
• Design and implement the Data Warehouse architecture (staging, core, mart layers)
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and performance across all systems.
• Develop Fact- Dimension models to support business analytics and operations
Data Modeling & Standardization:
• Define KPI logic, business metrics, and naming conventions for each department
• Establish a unified data dictionary and documentation to support future BI and analytics use.
• Optimize query performance and cost efficiency on AWS/GCP data platforms
Collaboration & Delivery:
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable data models.
• Coordinate with the analyst team to ensure datasets are report- ready.
Maintenance & Stabilization:
• Troubleshoot data issues and improve transformation logic
• Support internal adoption and ensure the system runs smoothly
