Senior Database Administrator (SQL / Oracle)

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking experienced Database Administrators who is responsible for the ongoing management and delivery governance of one or more end- to- end Database Services, incorporating Strategy, Design, Run, Provisioning & Automation, Transition & Change, Support, Delivery Performance & Quality, Capacity & Continuity, Issue & Risk Management.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the DB service(s) across the organization o Identifies and addresses risks with the operation of the service
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
• Contributes to the identification of issues / incidents / events that impact agreed service KPIs, SLA’s, Service Health o Provides end- to- end (E2E) technical support and direction across service management processes including: incident, problem, change, configuration, monitor and alerting
• Another important part of the role is to perform On- Call support, where you will be remunerated accordingly and be part of a team of 9
• Collaborate with other infrastructure squads & stakeholders, project services & service management to ensure high quality and successful transition of all service(s) changes
• Ensure adequate communication, knowledge sharing and issue resolution across delivery and support teams
• Ensure appropriate capacity, risk and security monitoring, compliance remediation, disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place across the portfolio, any issues are to be identified and rectified appropriately
