Senior Developer Java/ Golang/ Angular

We are looking for a Senior Java/Golang, Angular/VueJS Developer to be part of our expanding team. Your main goal is to oversee the development of products within the FinTech and Payments processing industry.
As a
Senior Developer,
your responsibilities will be:

System Design, develop, and maintain robust, high- quality software applications using Java, Golang, or Angular, VueJS.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in FinTech, Payments, and modern software development practices.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and long- term product/system roadmap planning.
Review & ensure code quality by writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and enforcing development best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and proactively.
Optimize performance and scalability across distributed systems and complex environments.
Take lead and collaborate with cross- functional teams to analyze requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features.
Lead & drive the team to adopt and follow Agile/Scrum practices effectively.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid- level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of database programming (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong proficiency in Java or Golang for backend development and/or Angular/VueJS for frontend development.
Solid experience in system design.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
