Senior Front-End Engineer Angular Team Lead

Lead front- end architecture for our multi- tenant SaaS used by corporates, development agencies, and 500+ farms. You’ll own mission- critical UI/UX at scale, mentor a small team, and collaborate directly with customers and backend to ship fast, stable, beautiful product.
What you’ll doAgri & L&D focus: Build UIs for herd/production capture, mapping, KPI grids, marketplace flows, and L&D reporting.
Hands- on building: New features + iterative improvements with a11y, performance, and DX top- of- mind.
Quality & security: Testing strategy (Jasmine/Jest/Playwright), rigorous reviews, OWASP- aware front- end practices.
Customer collaboration: Join calls, refine requirements, validate outcomes.
Architecture & scale: Component library, state (Signals), API contracts, performance budgets (Web Vitals).
Team leadership: Help to recruit and mentor engineers, plan sprints, raise the engineering bar.
Lead & deliver: Own epics end- to- end across a large Angular codebase (Signals, TS, RxJS, Tailwind).
Integrations: OpenAI, Google Calendar, Microsoft, Stripe, internal REST services.

What you’ll bring
Nice: SSR/prerender, WebSockets, charts/visualizations, design- system work, agri or L&D domain exposure, fluent English for client calls.
7+ years front- end experience; 3+ years deep Angular (v15+), TS, RxJS, Tailwind.
Strong testing, performance profiling (Lighthouse/Angular DevTools), CI/CD (Nx/GitHub Actions).
Track record shipping large- scale, complex systems (multi- tenant SaaS, monorepos, micro- frontends).
Experience leading small teams and meeting customers.
30 days: Deeply understand the domain and architecture; ship two meaningful UI improvements; establish code quality baselines.
90 days: Help recruit two engineers for your team and mentor them to consistent “merge- ready” quality; land a customer- visible improvement with measurable UX/perf wins.
60 days: Lead a feature from design to production; implement testing and performance KPIs for your area.
