Senior Frontend Engineer Next.js/React

Define architecture for data- fetching, caching (HTTP, ISR/SSR/SSG), edge/serverless functions, and error boundaries.
Push Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) to top percentiles; implement profiling, code- splitting, bundling, and image/Font optimization.
Establish UI quality: accessible (WCAG 2.1+), responsive, and design- system- driven components (Storybook).
(Plus) Contribute to or guide React Native features and shared design system across web and mobile.
Champion TypeScript correctness, testing (Jest/RTL, Playwright), CI/CD, and code review standards.
Monitor and improve reliability with logging/metrics/tracing (Sentry/OpenTelemetry).Partner with PM/Design/BE; break down roadmap into technical plans, estimates, and measurable outcomes.
Integrate securely with REST/GraphQL; handle auth (OAuth/OIDC/JWT), permissions, and input validation.
Own end- to- end delivery of major features and platform initiatives in Next.js (App Router, RSC, Server Actions, Middleware).

Must have:

Deep knowledge of React 18 (concurrent features), state/data layers (React Query/Zustand/Redux), and modern CSS (Tailwind/SCSS).
4+ years building production React apps, 3+ years with Next.js shipping at scale.
Strong performance, accessibility, and cross- browser expertise.
Proven mentorship, ownership, and stakeholder communication.
Fluency in TypeScript, testing strategy, and CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab).
Experience with edge/serverless (Vercel/AWS), API integration, and secure frontend practices.

Nice to have

React Native (iOS/Android) and shared component libraries.
Design systems, shadcn/ui, or Chakra/MUI.
Experimentation/analytics (GA4, Segment, A/B).
Payments, i18n, real- time (WebSockets/SSE).
