Promotion & Campaign Strategy: Design and execute smart financial incentives and promotion schemes based on user behavior, ensuring a balance between aggressive growth and cost efficiency.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience at a Performance or Integrated Marketing Agency. Proven track record leading major projects for Banks, E- wallets, or Fintech apps.
Functional Expertise: Strong skills in promotion planning, lifecycle optimization, and campaign efficiency.
Performance- Driven Growth: Take full ownership of the growth funnel (AARRR). Directly execute and optimize conversion from User Acquisition to Retention, with a specific focus on the mass- market labor force.
