Position Objective:
The Dean of HR will provide comprehensive overseeing all spectrum of HR, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employees relations. Dean of HR will report directly to the Board of School, perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Set up & control HR budget to comply with the school’s operation and cost- effective plan
• Perform other duties as required by the BOD
• Collaborate with other departments in the school operation
• Review personnel policies, procedures and practices and recommend any changes, modification or updating to the management
• Advise and assist the Board of School and the Principal to build organizational structure, Compensation and benefits program, manpower planning, policies implementation
• Implement HR policies and develop HR strategies including recruitment, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, orientation, training and development, performance review, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, HR compliance, and labor relations for local/foreign teachers, and staff
• Manage the HR Team ensuring staff comply with the school’s policies and procedures and government regulations
