Senior HR Specialist Start up (27597)

- Lead and manage end- to- end recruitment activities in Vietnam
(approximately 20 hires per year)
- Coordinate closely with the Japan headquarters in Japanese regarding hiring plans, recruitment progress, and HR policies
- Contribute to building HR structures suitable for a growing and dynamic organization
- Support onboarding and employee relations for local hires
- Work with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and employer branding
- Assist with HR operations such as performance management support, internal communication, and HR- related projects
- Other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience working in a startup or fast- growing company
- Experience in HR or talent acquisition (in- house or agency)
- Japanese: N2 advanced level
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Having more than 10 years of experience as HR.
- Having experience in recruiting approximately 20 employees per year (mid- career and/or startup environment)
