Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (70%)
Monitor manpower costs and support salary budgeting and cost planning for Sales functions.
Coordinate Sales incentive schemes, validate data, and ensure accurate and transparent incentive payouts.
Advise Sales leaders and employees on compensation matters and resolve related C&B issues.
Manage C&B for Sales teams across GT and MT channels, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent policy application.
Oversee payroll, PIT, and insurance processes, working closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
HR Business Partnership (20%)
Analyze workforce data (headcount, turnover, cost) to support business decisions.
Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and capability development.
Support engagement and people development initiatives within the Commercial function.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (10%)
Partner with Sales leaders to plan manpower and support recruitment for key Sales positions.
Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires.
Yêu cầu công việc
Trình độ: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. SHRM certification is preferred.
Kỹ năng: Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering, HR Systems & Tools, Stakeholder Management
Chuyên môn: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting Sales/Commercial functions.
Kinh nghiệm: Strong experience in C&B and HRBP.
Ngoại ngữ: English
Vi tính: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting.

Giới tính: Prefer Female.
Good business acumen, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
