Senior IT Infrastructure Security Engineer

Workstation & Software Management: Set up, maintain, and secure workstations; ensure all required software is installed, updated, and compliant with IT policies.
Vendor & License Management: Manage vendor relationships, product licenses (e.g., Microsoft), disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Advisory & Projects: Advise leadership on system development and security strategy; oversee IT/security projects, report on team metrics, resources, and performance.
Infrastructure & Security: Assist in installing and maintaining network and server systems; monitor operations, enforce security policies, manage endpoint protection, patching, and access control.
End- User Support: Troubleshoot issues on- site or remotely, guide users on secure usage of systems and applications, support IP/softphone, and prepare user guides.
Security & Compliance: Support incident response, conduct periodic security awareness training, ensure compliance with SLA, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

S. Degree in computer science, IT management or Business related.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Possessing security mindset.
Experience in a Windows client- server- based environment
Problem solving and analytical skills combined with a service- oriented attitude.
Strongly understanding of Windows/Linux Server.
3- 5 years working experience at the same position. Experience in AI/ML related industry preferred

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
Good command of English.
Strongly understanding of Advanced Infrastructure technologies (Firewall, VPN, Cisco, VMWare, etc.).
