Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients while expanding existing key accounts.
Lead end- to- end sales activities for LG CNS offerings, including IT services, solutions, and GDC- based delivery models, targeting financial institutions (banks, insurance, securities firms).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Engagement & Account Management
Conduct high- level presentations, solution demos, and executive briefings.
Build and maintain strong executive- level relationships with decision- makers and stakeholders in financial institutions.
Understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions aligned with LG CNS capabilities.
Identify cross- selling and upselling opportunities across LG CNS service portfolios.
Proposal & Deal Management
Collaborate with delivery, solution architecture, and GDC teams to ensure feasible and competitive proposals.
Lead negotiations and handle objections with a consultative and professional approach.
Prepare and deliver proposals, commercial offers, contracts, and executive- level sales materials.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with global LG CNS teams, including solution architects, delivery managers, and offshore/GDC resources.
Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams when staffing- based or hybrid delivery models are involved.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline management using CRM and internal reporting tools.

Experience
Experience with Global Delivery Center (GDC) or offshore delivery- based sales models.
Prior experience with global consulting firms, global SI firms, or multinational IT service providers is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial IT systems (e.g., core banking, lending, payments, insurance platforms, integration, digital channels).
(15+ years preferred).
Bachelor 10+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or enterprise account management
Proven experience selling IT development services and/or IT services/solutions to financial institutions.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management systems.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and deal- closing skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with enterprise clients.
Language & Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
Preferred
Exposure to APAC, or global financial services markets.
Experience working with global financial institutions or multinational clients.
Track record of successfully closing large- scale or multi- year IT service deals.
