Senior IT System Engineer Cloud/ Linux/ AWS/ Azure

Maintain complete technical documentation.
Interact with customers (internal/external) and stakeholders, provide recommendations and inputs when needed.
Suggest improvements to system performance, capacity and scalability.
Perform system maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Co- operate with other IT team (Network, Support, Development, Security) in deploy, maintain, secure and improve IT systems across environments (Development, Testing, Production).
Other works that assigned by Head of IT.
Provide Level- 1/2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Design, configure and deploy various IT systems and services (O365, Azure, VMWare, GitLab, Jira, SCCM, etc.).
Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience working with Linux is a plus.
Experience in working with Microsoft cloud Infrastructure (M365, Intune, Azure, etc.) is a must.
Bachelor in IT.
Experience working with ITIL processes is a plus.
Experience with other Cloud Technologies such as AWS is a plus.
Experience in scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate) are preferrable.
Good English verbal communications
Has 3+ years in IT System Engineer or equivalent position.
Possession of AZ- 104 certificates is plus.
Experience working with Office 365 Hybrid Infrastructure is preferable.
