Senior IT System Engineer/ Kỹ Sư IT (Level 3)

As a self- motivated and passionate IT Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining the DesignLive IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. This position is responsible for translating business and technical requirements into effective system solutions that support both internal operations and client- facing services for both Vietnam and Australia offices.

Manage end point software installation and licensing, as well as end user device setup and transfer.
Able to travel onsite to customer sites if required
Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, to deliver excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
Assist with incident investigation processes

Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO, etc).
Previous experience in a IT Systems Engineer LEVEL 3, Infrastructure Engineer or similar position.
Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation and system management.
Expertise in Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and imaging tools for fleet deployment and lifecycle management.
Infrastructure knowledge around Windows Servers/VMWare/HyperV and backup knowledge.
Proficient with cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure.
Experience across a range of different vertical technologies (Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Intune, Jamf, etc).
Good communication in English with key stakeholders, in both technical and non- technical capacities.
Strong networking background, supporting network infrastructure including switches, Wi- Fi access points and firewalls at a level 3.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Passionate about everything IT, you have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
