Senior Java Developer ( Fintech Platform)

Analyze both functional and non- functional requirements to produce high- quality architecture and solution design documents.
Explore and apply emerging technologies relevant to the Fintech domain to enhance developer productivity and system performance.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Security, and Engineering teams to align on solution direction and delivery priorities.
Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the product.
Lead technical improvement initiatives, identify and address technical debt, and drive necessary refactoring activities.
Design and maintain the technical architecture of assigned Fintech product(s) and related cloud infrastructure (microservices, event- driven, cloud- native).
Mentor development teams in applying best practices in software architecture, domain- driven design (DDD), API design, and infrastructure usage.

Proven experience in designing and deploying systems based on Microservices and Event- Driven architectures.
Prior hands- on experience in the FinTech domain (Payment Gateway, E- Wallet, Digital Banking, KYC) is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of both Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL Databases (Elasticsearch, Redis).
Experience with Hazelcast, Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j), and Data Streaming is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of hands- on development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Solid experience with Message Queue / Streaming systems such as Apache Kafka.
