Summary:

Conduct the testing of HT&PTA following the requirement of PEAC/NPQ/LTP...
Conduct the first article inspection and/or the samples evaluate efficiently and accurately according to the part drawing and the inspection requirement.

Main responsibilities:

Conduct the first article inspection and/or the samples evaluate efficiently and accurately according to the part drawing and the inspection requirement
Assist Engineer to prepare test report or data related job.
Process the measuring data according to the metrology engineer’s requirement All kinds of measuring equipments operation
Regular management and maintenance for measuring equipments and fixture/gauge by the lead of Lab administrator

Education: Vocational secondary school or higher
Experience:

Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience, can read the mechanical drawing
Experience to use CMM, Vision machine
Be able to read English drawing/WI,

Other skills:

Measurement equipment experience
Equipment and fixture/gauge maintenance knowledge
PC operation and software skills. (Web & Office software)
