Senior Lab Technician-Hardline Lab-Toy

Daily Operation:
• Maintenance / calibration equipments.
• Perform tests on Toys in a professional and safe manner, ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients&039; instruction and as per division quality procedures.
• Test plan, test specification, test list on Toys are met customer expectation and Company regulation, QM document related
• Maintains Toy all laboratory documents/records in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, SATRA, HSE policy.

Technical Development:
• Check the capacity of laboratories for new standards (standards, people, equipment). Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers.
• Participate in developing new test method.

Collaboration:
• Performs training of new technicians as well as training of technicians whenever there&039;s an update in the test procedures
• Provide technical support to other team members and report to magament the problems on Toy equipments.

Resource Management:
• Responsible for minor maintenance of laboratory equipment as guidance of suppliers/ supervisors
• Equipments tools, consumables should be kept in good conditions, stored at proper places;

Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all operation procedures/ guidances strictly follow operation procedure/ guidance when operating equipments, tools in order to maintain smooth operation of the equipments, tools

Experience:- At least 3 years of experience in Toy laboratory.

Qualification
- Have experience in Toy testing equipment
- Able to work independently
- Microsoft office skills
- Ability to mange multiple task
- English (Reading & Writing)
- Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry
