Senior Laboratory Staff

Lab Senior Staff is responsible for the quality inspection & evaluation of raw materials as well as updating their specifications.
- Responsible for Testing the quality of raw materials

Inform the fail test results to the relevant departments & suppliers to define the acceptable or improvement
Input the test results on the test result file
Perform physical properties test including: UV, tensile, elongation, specific gravity, modulus, tear, cold ross flex, abrasion, aging, hardness, bonding…
Take samples and check the details including the specification
Get raw material information from relevant departments
Check visual and color of raw materials

- Responsible for updating new information & specifications of raw materials:

Share the information for relevant departments
Contact the supplier to get the new information & specification of raw materials: TDS, MSDS, MCS…

- Responsible for Ensuring Lab conditions:

Make the tracking file of daily Lab room conditions.
Inform the broken air conditioner to the maintenance team

- Responsible for Storing, controlling & destroying raw material.

Make a list of raw materials in Lab storage ( incoming date, Lot No., color…)
Contact color team to destroy raw material and samples.

* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position
- University/ College graduate in materials, chemistry, physicals, engineering or relevant fields

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience in operating laboratory equipments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good at English in both verbal and written skills
- Good at Microsoft Office
