Senior Logistics Executive (Warehouse Operations)

Weekly review of KPI performance and ongoing issues
Treat all inventory inaccurate, including bad stock (lost/damage/expired)
Act as a liaison with the fulfillment center, 3PL and OnPoint to ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.
Find solutions close issues, follow, and build up long term process
Other duties as assigned
Closely monitor backlog and order status
Control inbound, outbound, return processes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Collaborate with fulfillment center to resolve day- to- day operations problems.
Onsite is required, at least 1 days/week or based at fulfillment center is preferred
Monitor fulfillment center daily activities and ensure vendor’s compliance on Onpoint’s standard

Knowledge and experience with ecommerce, negotiation, process mapping and project management are highly valued
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines as required.
Smart thinking skills are preferred. Must be capable of defining, analyzing and resolving operating problems.
Bachelor at relevant experience
Requires 2- 3 years of warehouse/ fulfillment/ logistics operations. Experience on the ground is a strong plus
