Senior Manager Manufacturing

Strategy Development:

Assist Associate Director in developing and incorporating operational safety throughout his Team, in his region.
Assist the Associate Manufacturing Director in developing and implementing, in his assigned region, manufacturing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing on cost- effectiveness, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, in his region.

Technical Commercialization

Perform incoming material physical properties testing to ensure quality meets specification, in his region.
Oversee the technical transfer and commercialization of product through production, in his region.
Manage the transition of the Development Technical Package to Production stage, in his region.

Manufacturing Operations Management:

Assist the Associate Manufacturing Director in directing and managing all aspects of manufacturing process, including commercialization, quality assurance, and compliance with footwear industry standards and regulations, in his region.
Enforce Department’s manufacturing processes, SOPs, and regulatory compliance, in his region.
Monitor Production and commercialization, in his region.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency, in his region.
Overall responsible for the accountability of Department’s fixed and inventory- related assets, including but not limited to testing equipment, molds, Tech Packs, samples, and computer equipment, in his region.
Mimic the Associate Manufacturing Director in adopting process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize process efficiency and continuous process flow, in his region.
Mimic and assist the Associate Manufacturing Director in developing and executing cost management strategies to optimize manufacturing expenses, monitor budgets, and implement cost- saving measures without compromising quality and operational efficiency.

Quality Management:

Monitor QA/QC training and performance in his region.
Establish and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure adherence to product specifications, industry compliance requirements, and customer expectations, in his region.
Wear test insoles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability, in his region.

Team Leadership:

Assist the Associate Manufacturing Director in reaching Manufacturing KPI’s and OKR’s.
Organize Team- building training for employees Level M2, M1, A3, A2, and A1, in his region.
Assist the Associate Manufacturing Director in building and leading a high- performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and individual growth, in his region.
Recommend revisions of department’s SOP to the Associate Manufacturing Director.

Risk Management

Identify, motigate, and report to the Associate Manufacturing Director potential risks and challenges in manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and ethical practices, in his region.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all level
Fluency in Mandarin language; English language capability is a plus.
Exceptional problem- solving, decision- making, and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a leadership role within the Asia region.
