Senior Manager Materials

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update material toolbox database in SAP and add materials to the qualified material library.
Monitor compliance and provide technical expertise to ensure RSL control.
Conduct material Physical Properties test and Restricted Substances List test in 3rd lab (Intertek /SGS/ Bureau Veritas)
On- boarding and management of Material Suppliers Information.
Works with the team to identify root causes of material issues including corrective action taken.

Qualifications and Skills:

Familiar with industrial test standards for bottoms and/or top cover material for footwear applications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Textile).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in footwear, textile or polymer foam industry.
Good English and Chinese communication skills on written and oral.
Excellent knowledge of footwear material for textiles or foam.
Extensive knowledge of material development and commercialization processes, and with experience in engineering.
