Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Our client is a well- established international company with a strong presence in Vietnam, operating through a nationwide distribution and retail network.
Build and manage annual marketing plans and performance tracking
Define brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all channels
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Product & Campaign Management
Adapt global or regional directions to fit local market dynamics
Drive end- to- end product launch strategies, including positioning, communication, and go- to- market plans
Ensure consistent brand execution across campaigns
Digital & CRM
Strengthen CRM programs to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle management
Monitor and optimize marketing performance and ROI
Lead digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, and website optimization
Dealer & Trade Marketing
Support network performance through marketing initiatives that drive traffic and conversion
Ensure consistency of brand execution across locations
Work closely with sales teams and partners to implement trade marketing programs
Events & Customer Engagement
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for execution
Plan and execute launch events, activations, and customer engagement programs
Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer experience
Market Insights & Performance Tracking
Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders
Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
Team Leadership
Foster a results- driven and accountable team environment
Drive collaboration across functions including sales and operations
Lead and develop the marketing team
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong background in integrated marketing and brand management
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
Experience in manufacturing, consumer, retail, or similar industries
Experience working with multi- location or partner/distribution networks
Solid understanding of Vietnam market, digital landscape, and customer behavior
