The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Content & Marketing Specialist who sees the big picture and executes at a high level. This is not a task- based content role. You will own how el- live and its artists are visually and digitally presented across platforms, and you will proactively shape our content and marketing direction as the company grows. You will be trusted to make decisions, set standards, and turn strategy into clear, consistent content systems.
What You Will Own
Content strategy and creation. Define and execute a clear social and digital content strategy. Lead short- form video and visual content production for promotion, recruitment, and partnerships. Edit photos and videos to a professional standard.
How You Are Expected to Think
Brand and visual direction. Maintain a consistent visual identity across el- live bands and platforms. Design band logos, visual assets, and bios that reflect each band’s musical style and positioning.
Artist and recruitment support. Create strong artist- facing content with the Recruitment team. Provide wardrobe and appearance guidelines for onboarding artists. Lead photoshoots, video shoots, and promotional needs.
You connect branding, content, recruitment, and marketing. You anticipate needs, work with ownership, and balance creativity with performance- driven thinking.
Social media strategy and performance. Own daily social media output. Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining brand voice. Manage and optimize targeted social media advertising. Track performance and continuously improve results.

Not a junior role. Not a post- and- forget role. Not a role with step- by- step instructions.

Qualifications
Strategic thinker who connects creative work to business objectives.
Proficient AI user
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
Music or entertainment experience is a plus.
Strong spoken and written English.
Proven graphic design and video editing experience.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
