Senior Materials Supervisor

In charge of Purchase Requests both in term of products and services as per company standard.
Assist in preparing Purchase Request for regular replenishment in accordance with the established par stock levels. Assist users in reviewing such par stock levels and make recommendations for any changes and modifications to suit operational requirements and ensure more efficient operations.
Assists the management with tasks as and when required
Key quotations in system, allocate prices correctly and select best price and best practice at all time.
Ensure Vendor Creation Form is creating correctly and properly documented with sufficient information required. (eg. Business Certification, Tax Code)
Filing PO and purchasing document in orderly. Ease to track and follow up.
Key in the quote into Check SCM system. Maintain the almost expired quotations by doing copy quote. Preparing the hard copy of quotations to be signed by chief accountant.
Ensure working area is clean and orderly at all time.
Able to train new SCM users to know how to use system.
Sourcing product and services as per required by superior, and able to make recommendation.
Work closely with Finance in case of supplier follows payment and in professional manner.
Ensure that users receive correct items at best price at the right time.
Follow up delivery of Purchase Orders.
Assist in preparing for monthly storeroom inventory by arranging items in an orderly fashion to facilitate stock take and count. Assist the Inventory Control Supervisor in conducting the stock take.
Support officer to solve problem & report to Manager
Maintain accurate record of all quotation items and a proper filling of records related to receipts and issuances of goods.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic video editing is a plus.
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries is a plus.
Ability to use a camera and photography knowledge for content creation is an advantage.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good visual sense: layout, color, typography, and image selection.
