Senior Merchandiser (Backpack Manufacturer) - Shuttle Available: HCMC - LA

As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the end- to- end order process from product development through to shipment, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met. You will act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance, training, and support to Assistant Merchandisers to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with factories to monitor and guarantee product quality, quantity, lead time, and cost.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics, QA/QC, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.
• Proactively resolve order- related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate order updates in the system and generate periodic reports.
• Work closely with material suppliers: place purchase orders, monitor progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify and process related documents such as Debit Notes, Invoices, and Contracts.
• Manage and oversee the complete order lifecycle: product development, production, and shipment.
• Review and approve color charts, technical documents, and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Communicate directly with international customers to ensure accurate and timely order information.
• Track daily production and inspection status, providing timely and accurate reports to management.
