Senior Merchandising Team Leader

Production and Order Management
Collaborate with production for flexible planning solutions.
Oversee production delivery to meet customer order requests.
Coordinate with the planning team to align production plans with capacity and order fill rates.
Cost and Material Management
Manage costs to meet company targets.
Optimize the use of leftover materials.
Approve material ordering quantities and control utilization.
Customer and Supplier Coordination
Liaise with the factory to resolve production issues.
Communicate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver optimal service.
Address customer requests related to order deliveries.
Team Development and Performance Monitoring
Track team performance using KPI targets.
Manage turnover rates, workload allocation, deadlines, and developmental growth.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience:
4- 5 years of experience in Merchandising and Planning.
Middle management experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong mathematical analysis and formulation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate and comprehend English in a professional working environment.
