Senior Odoo Functional Consultant (Hybrid/Office)

CUSTOMER & PROJECT
Our clients are manufacturing and trading companies, both domestic and international. They are seeking digital transformation solutions to apply technology in their operations- aiming to save management time, optimize operating costs, and minimize errors in business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create business requirement documents (BRD) and user manuals.
Map client processes to Odoo standard functionalities and identify gaps.
Communicate via email, chat, and online collaboration tools (Trello, Jira, Redmine, etc.).
Work directly with clients to collect and analyze business requirements and provide consulting on suitable Odoo solutions.
Train end- users and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process.
Design solution blueprints, ensuring scalability and alignment with client business needs.
Coordinate daily meetings to overlap with the customer&039;s US time zone.
Coordinate with technical team (developers) to handle customization needs.
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, etc.) based on business needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Self- driven, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Basic technical knowledge (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage
English proficiency for effective communication
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and ERP project lifecycle
Strong knowledge of Odoo standard modules and workflows
Minimum 4 years of experience working with Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, or support)
Ability to write clear and structured documentation (e.g., BRD, user guides)
Good communication and presentation skills in remote/online settings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Good business analysis and process modeling skills
Solid understanding of at least 2- 3 functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.)
