Senior Officer, Corporate Strategy Planning

Job Purpose
He / She is an integral member of the team and is expected to contribute towards (but not limited to) strategy development, and strategy execution. As part of the role, they will work closely with Senior Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Expert to:
- Develop the 5- year strategy for the bank
- Facilitate annual planning process and KRA formulation
- Work on strategic deep- dives as required
- Develop communication plan, material and enable delivery
- Manage and monitor performance against the strategy
Key Accountabilities (1)
Strategy development and execution
Closely work with the Sr Director, Sr Manager, Manager, Expert to:
- Participate in strategic planning process to develop overall bank- wide strategy, potential business model, CVP’s and financial model with clear drivers.
- Work on research, analysis, benchmark and possibly forecast:
+ Competitor action (performance and actions)
+ Macro- economic environment
+ Revenue and profit pools
- Work on strategic deep- dives on topics pertinent in that year
- Work on annual planning process with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain financial model (5 year)
- Work on communication documents for internal and external audience, e.g., content, delivery in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Team player and self- development
- Proactively look for areas to develop and pursue training and coaching opportunities
- Participate in team and training related activities as required by the bank
- Seek and provide feedback to foster a collaborative environment
- Ensure that the unit&039;s activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes, guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Ensure coordination and collaboration, both within the unit and the whole Bank

Success Profile- Qualification and Experiences
Domain expertise:
- Good understanding of business management activities in the bank
- At least 5+ years of experience in banking and finance
- English level 3 (TOEIC 550 or higher or other certificates of equivalent value) Degree:
Qualifications:
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business administration. Preference will be given to candidates with master&039;s/MBA/bachelor degrees from foreign universities.
