*Job purpose
According to the company&039;s business needs tomake material&039;s purchasing and follow up
*Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and instruct the purchaser to deal with the purchasing work efficiently, deal with the special situation in time, ensure the correctness and timeliness of the material purchasing.
- Control and follow up inventory situation, timely digest inventory to save purchasing cost.
- Purchase materials according to purchasing plan and requirement. Follow up material delivery against production material date for garment delivery time.
- Evaluate supplier&039;s quality, delivery time, service, etc regularlyand urge supplier to optimize the comprehensive performance
- Complete the work tasks on a temporary basis.
*Key Results/Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)
- Quality issues solve in time
- Material arrival on time
- Reasonable using inventory material to minimize the purchase cost

- Correct rate of material procurement
