Senior PHP

You will take a key role in the version- up project of the internal system, ensuring smooth migration, code quality improvement, and technical guidance for junior team members.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with PM, QA, and Dev team to ensure delivery quality.
Develop, refactor, and optimize modules using PHP Laravel.
Document technical specifications and changes.
Review code, ensure best practices, and manage technical risks during upgrade.
Analyze current system architecture and propose improvement solutions.
Lead the development and version- up activities of the internal system.
Support task planning and provide technical mentoring to Middle/Junior Developers.

Strong experience in system version- up / migration projects.
5+ years of experience in PHP Laravel development.
Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and solve technical problems efficiently.
Experience with Rictor Tool (a strong plus).
Solid understanding of software architecture, MVC, REST API, DB optimization.
Experience with Git workflow, CI/CD, and debugging complex issues.
