The Senior Clerk provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day- to- day operations within the department. This role involves handling maintenance- related documentation, data management, coordination with internal teams, and support for procurement and personnel administration.
Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, updating training records, and preparing safety documentation for the Maintenance team.
Handle assigned tasks and ad- hoc activities to support departmental operations.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Department, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and communication across internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor the usage of spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish inventory as needed.
Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle).
Experience in data management, personnel administration, and procurement is an advantage.
Basic English for email writing and everyday communication.
1–2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing Company, preferably in the Maintenance Department or related areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dash board Power BI, etc.).
Effective presentation and information delivery skills.
Education: College degree or higher
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
